      <title>Law of Attraction - A quick overview.</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What is The Law of Attraction ?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;I attract to my life whatever I give my energy, attention and focus, whether wanted or unwanted. The key here is wanted or unwanted. When we focus on the negative, we attract more of it. When we focus on the positive, we attract more of it.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Why do we use the &lt;a href="http://www.technorati.com/Law+of+Attraction"&gt; Law of Attraction&lt;/a&gt;?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;To attract more of what we want and less of what we don&amp;#39;t want.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;3 Steps of the &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=law-of-attraction"&gt;Law of Attraction&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1) Identify your desire - What you want.&lt;br /&gt; 2) Give your &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=energy"&gt;energy&lt;/a&gt;, &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=attention"&gt;attention&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=focus"&gt;focus&lt;/a&gt; on what you want&lt;br /&gt; 3) Allowing the Law of &lt;a href="http://blogs.icerocket.com/tag/Attraction"&gt; Attraction&lt;/a&gt;   to work - no limiting beliefs or negative vibrations. Believe &amp;amp; Allow.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 1 - Get Clear on What You Want&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Here is a quick check to see if you are clear on what you want. Open your wallet or your purse. Now take out your goal card. What, no goal card? What about on your screensaver, or beside the mirror, or on the ceiling when you wake up? If you don&amp;#39;t know where you are going, how are you going to get there? When we get to step two, you are going to focus your thoughts, words, images and emotions on your goals. You can&amp;#39;t do that without goals .&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 2 - Raising your Vibration&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;When we choose our thoughts, visualizations and emotions, we can choose a positive or negative vibration. Our &lt;a href="http://blogs.icerocket.com/tag/vibration"&gt; vibration&lt;/a&gt;   attracts like energy. &lt;a href="http://www.technorati.com/tag/Positive+vibration"&gt; Positive vibration&lt;/a&gt;   attracts positive energy and situations, just as negative vibrations attract negative energy and situations&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1) &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=thoughts"&gt;thoughts&lt;/a&gt; -we can choose our thoughts.&lt;br /&gt; One way we can change our &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=vibration"&gt;vibration&lt;/a&gt; is to change our thoughts. You can actually choose your thoughts. Try it right now. Think of someone whom you love and who loves you. Think of the last time you did something noble, you did something for someone without anyone knowing. What &amp;quot;&lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=neuronets"&gt;neuronets&lt;/a&gt;&amp;quot; are you developing?&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Another way to change your thoughts is by using affirmations.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Using affirmations is not a magical, woo-woo process. Everyday you use affirmations, either positive or negative. &amp;quot;I&amp;#39;m not very good at math.&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;I like to swim.&amp;quot;, &amp;quot;I&amp;#39;m not very good at public speaking.&amp;quot; I am a great singer &amp;quot; &amp;quot;I can&amp;#39;t visualize.&amp;quot; &amp;quot;I can do this.&amp;quot; The best definition of affirmation is a statement that describes your goal in its completed state.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="left"&gt;2) &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=visualization"&gt;visualization&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt; Visualization activates the powers of your subconscious mind and allows you to attract the people, resources and opportunities you need to reach your goals. Create a snapshot of what you would like to achieve.See things just as you would like them to be. Hear the sounds you would be hearing. Smell, taste, touch just as it was real. Remember, visualization, like any other skill, takes practise. Don&amp;#39;t worry if it feels a little uncomfortable - you will get better at it. Use an affirmation. &amp;quot;I am great at visualization. i picture my achievements easily and clearly&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;3)&lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=emotions"&gt;emotions&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;Here&amp;#39;s how to combine all 3 (thoughts, visualizations and emotions) to raise your vibration and start using the Law of Attraction.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;i) Read out loud, if possible, your affirmation.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;ii) Visualize - place yourself into your affirmation, picture it just like your there.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;iii)Feel the emotions - what do you feel, as you achieve your goal?&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;Emotions supercharge your &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=affirmations"&gt;Affirmations&lt;/a&gt; and &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=visualizations"&gt;visualizations&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;What you think and what you feel is what you manifest.&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;&lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Step 3 - Allowing the Law of Attraction to Work&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="left"&gt;Think about pouring a bottle of wine. How much pours out with the cork still in it? It doesn&amp;#39;t matter how hard you try. You can jump up and down, scream, stomp your foot - the wine still doesn&amp;#39;t come out with the cork in.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p align="center"&gt;Allowing is the absence of doubt.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&amp;quot;If all parts of you, all of the beliefs inside you,&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;are in &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=alignment"&gt;alignment&lt;/a&gt;, no problem. You&amp;#39;ll attract&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;your wealth. But if any part of you,&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;any belief in you, doesn&amp;#39;t support your&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p align="center"&gt;&lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=intention"&gt;intention&lt;/a&gt;, it will jeopardize or sabotage you.&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.technorati.com/tag/Joe+Vitale"&gt; Joe Vitale&lt;/a&gt;   in &lt;u&gt;The Attractor Factor&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Some &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=affirmations"&gt;Affirmations&lt;/a&gt; are easy to repeat and believe - you can feel there is no doubt.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;What about those affirmations you have doubt?&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;i) Rewrite your affirmation - Change the affirmation so you can believe it. For example - Instead of &amp;quot;I am a millionaire &amp;quot; change it to &amp;quot;I am becoming a millionaire&amp;quot; or&lt;br /&gt; &amp;quot;I am in the process of becoming a millionaire .&amp;quot;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;ii) Focus on yourself - Instead of focusing on attracting on what you want, focus on attracting who you are becoming, in order to attract what you want. For example, if you want a relationship, instead of focusing on attracting that special person, instead focus on being the special person and you will attract that special relationship. Instead of focusing on attracting a million dollars, focus on becoming the person who has the neccessary attributes to be a millionaire.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=gratitude"&gt;Gratitude&lt;/a&gt; - Remember, as you use the Law of Attraction, to be grateful for all that you have and all that you are attracting into your life.&lt;/p&gt;</description>

      <title>I have a question for you, about the Law of Attraction.</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;This Post is from &lt;font color="#003366"&gt;TRCoach&lt;/font&gt;, helping you get from where you are, to where you want to be.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; &lt;strong&gt;&lt;font size="3" color="#003366"&gt;&lt;a href="http://TRCoach.com" target="_blank"&gt;TRCoach.com&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font size="2"&gt;&lt;font size="4"&gt;I have a question for you&lt;/font&gt;.&lt;/font&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Its about the &lt;a href="http://trcoach.com/index.php?tag=law-of-attraction"&gt;Law of Attraction&lt;/a&gt;.&amp;nbsp;Do we attract everything that happens to us in our lives? Some people say YES - on a conscious or unconscious level everything we experience in our lives we have attracted. But I am not so sure.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;Here are three&amp;nbsp;possible answers to this question.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;1) YES(see above). Either consciously or unconsciously, we attract everything we experience in our lives. But the problem with this is for example,does a 3 year old who gets abused attract this to themselves? What about horrendous events like 911? I have a real problem with attributing the cause of a horrendous event to the victim. This brings us to explanation #2.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;2)&lt;a href="http://www.technorati.com/tag/Zeitgeist"&gt; Zeitgeist&lt;/a&gt; - Its not necessarily the victim who attracts the event but instead its society as a whole that attracts events. When many individuals fear or focus on possible events, this attracts that&amp;nbsp;particular event. For example, because there is a focus on violence in&amp;nbsp; society, for example, the daily news channel, we see this reflected in violence throughout our society. This removes the &amp;quot;blame&amp;quot; for an unwanted event from the&amp;nbsp;individual and places it on society as a whole.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;3) Sometimes bad(or good) things happen. - Because we live in a physical dimension If I create my reality and you create your reality, then at some point these intersect, what you do may affect me and vica-versa. Think of a pool table, where each ball has a trajectory unless it collides with another ball. The difference being that one, we choose our trajectory by our actions(one of these actions is using the Law of Attraction and focusing on what we want to attract).&amp;nbsp;The other difference is that , unlike a pool ball, we can choose our reaction, adjust our trajectory.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;For me I choose # 3. I believe that I live in this world where many individuals are simultaneously co-creating their reality. I believe that using the &lt;a href="http://www.technorati.com/tag/Law%20of%20Attraction"&gt;Law of Attraction &lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;can help me to create&amp;nbsp;the life I want AND help me to help others create the lives they want at the same time. I also believe that using the Law of Attraction will help me attract the circumstances I want and the people who I can co-create with. I also believe that each individual, as they create their life, they affect the whole world. As individuals we contribute and affect the larger whole. Think of individuals who have have affected the entire planet by taking individual action which in turn changes many lives.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p&gt;What do you think?
