Todd Goergen: Board Member

Todd Goergen is Managing Partner and Founder of Ropart Asset Management. He started his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Donaldson, Lufkin, and Jenrette from 1994 to 1999. After leaving DLJ, Todd went on to become Director of Mergers and Acquisitions at Blyth, Inc., a leading global designer and marketer of home decorative and fragrance products.

Todd serves on the Board of Directors of Genapure, Heads & Threads, NorthStar, and ViSalus, and is the Chairman of iMergent and Digital Traffic Systems. Todd received a BA in Economics and Political Science from Wake Forest University.
