Jay Fulcher: Board Member

Jay Fulcher is a recognized business leader and well-known figure in information technology for 20+ years.  During that time, Mr. Fulcher has developed a highly regarded reputation for strong leadership, strategic thinking, team building, and the development of various software categories including enterprise resource planning (ERP), human resources, supply chain, manufacturing, and product lifecycle management (PLM).  Mr. Fulcher has a broad operating background serving in executive positions in both private early stage and public software companies.  As a result of his extensive experience, Mr. Fulcher has developed an appreciation for nimble, aggressive execution combined with leading technology, industry best practices and strong customer rapport.  

MR. FULCHER most recently served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Agile Software (NASDAQ: AGIL), an enterprise software company headquartered in San Jose, California.  Agile was acquired by Oracle in July, 2007 for nearly a half billion dollars. During Mr. Fulcher’s tenure, Agile became the fastest growing PLM company in the industry – a market leader with over 11,000 customers and a tremendous reputation for customer success.  Prior to Agile, Mr. Fulcher held executive roles at leading enterprise software companies including MSA, SAP, Red Pepper Software, and PeopleSoft.  At PeopleSoft, Mr. Fulcher was Executive Vice President, where among his other responsibilities he led PeopleSoft Global Services, a $1+B division with nearly 4,000 employees.  
 
Mr. Fulcher has co-founded or helped start several companies, including SkillsVillage (enterprise software), HotChalk (education),  On The Fly (retail), and Compass Life Designs (personal development).  
 
Mr. Fulcher is a graduate of San Jose State University, where he currently serves on the Advisory Board for the College of Business.  Mr. Fulcher serves on several private company boards and is active in a variety of industry, investment and leadership groups.
