PathConnect, LLC seeks Vice President of Sales to establish and build relationships with advertisers (online advertising, cross-promotional opportunities, sponsorships, etc).
The ideal candidate will have experience in the entertainment industry, as well as interactive/online sales experience. Experience with social networking or user-generated content sites a big plus. Candidate must also have excellent written and oral communication skills.
This person will:
- Develop and execute company sales model
- Perform strategic evaluation and market positioning analysis
- Hire and oversee sales staff
- Be a proven closer with ability to bring in direct revenue
- Determine potential strategic partners
Requirements:
- Established local and national contacts, including agency and Fortune 500 relationships.
- A creative "out of the box" thinker, with a proven ability to conceive and develop new advertising and media products, and new and creative ways to price and sell media and advertising products.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent organizational, statistical, analytical, written and oral presentation skills
- Able and comfortable to work in a small and fast-growing startup as well as having a proven ability to successfully run a large sales organization.
Compensation:
Base (60%), Commission (40%), plus MBO program
