Creative Director

The Creative Director will lead the creation and direction of all new projects. Specifically, you will oversee and direct the development of several niche social networking websites. This includes interactive strategy to detailed functional design to presentation specification. The Creative Director assembles creative teams, draws together art directors, designers, copywriters, interaction designers, and engineers to produce jaw-dropping creative results and effective user-focused design.  You will serve as the point-person between PathConnect and our clients or partners. We have several development deals in place with established brands and celebrity personalities.

Additional Responsibilities:
• Confident and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously
• The desire to mentor junior talent and support a learning organization
• Understanding of client's business objectives and to proactively contribute to the evolution and success
• Ability to understand the “big picture” of the project and how it fits into the full consumer experience
• Maintain high standards for execution and attention to detail
• Create and substantially influence the development of engagement models and project plans for all phases of interactive design
• Develop usability research plans for the project, and direct the design, implementation, and analysis of research.

Required Skills/Background:

• At least 5 years related experience (Online Creative working with user-centered design projects)
• Understanding of user experiences on the web

• Ability to manage creative team

• Ability to communicate with clients
• Desire to inspire creativity, innovative thinking, strong concepts and solutions through thoughtful management.
• Superior communication skills, organized and understands time management
